Foster Care
Provides temporary homes for children and adolescents who have been removed from their parents due to abuse or neglect. Services are given to the children, their natural parents and current foster parents. The goal is to help all foster children find permanency in their lives, either through being unified with their parents or, if that isn’t possible, through adoption or guardianship with loving, capable caretakers or a transition to independent living.
