CHILDREN’S HOME THANKS DEPARTING BOARD

MEMBERS FOR SERVICE

Richard Eagleton, Brian Geier, and James Russell have completed their terms on the Children’s Home Board of Trustees.  Children’s Home would like to thank them for their time, service and dedication to the children and families served by the agency. 

Richard Eagelton was elected to the board in 1991.  He will continue to work with Children’s Home by serving on the Children’s Home Foundation Advocacy Committee.  Richard is Counsel to the Firm for the law firm of Henshaw and Culbertson. 

Brian Geier has served on the Board of Trustees since 2002.  As part of the Peoria Chamber of Commerce Community Leadership School, he served one year on the Children’s Home Board of Trustees.  Brian is the director of facility services at Methodist Medical Center. 

James Russell was elected to the board in 1992.  He served as Chairman of the Board from 1998-2000.  He will continue to work with Children’s Home by serving as the Chairman of the Children’s Home Foundation Board of Directors.  He is retired from Telephone Answering Service, Inc., where he was the owner and president. 

During their tenure, the three provided leadership to fiscal matters, agency relations, and played an integral role in the completion of the agency’s strategic plan.  Children’s Home would like to thank Richard, Brian and James for their leadership and service.
