“A LIGHT IN EVERY WINDOW” HOLIDAY CAMPAIGN SET TO KICK-OFF

Peoria, IL-The Children’s Home Association of Illinois is pleased to announce the 2nd Annual “A Light In Every Window” campaign is set to kick-off in December. The goal of the campaign is to have 100,000 “Candles of Hopes and Dreams” burning in Central Illinois on behalf of the community’s children. Last year’s inaugural event raised over $33,000 for area children and families.

For a gift of $35 or more, the Children’s Home will send a special “Candle of Hopes and Dreams” to the donor to place in their window. For an extra $35, the agency will see that a needy child receives a candle, electrically operated, in the donor’s name.
