The 3rd annual Children's Home Quality Fest was a great success.
Quality Fest 2003 took place on Tuesday, August 12 from 12-2 p.m. at Riverside Community Church. Children's Home Quality Improvement Department sponsored the event.

For an entire fiscal year, teams of employees joined together to make Children's Home a better place for employees and clients by designing projects that will have a positive impact on the agency. After all the hard work, the projects were displayed at Quality Fest and judged by area professionals Marg Berglind, Director of the Child Care Association
of Illinois; Sue Kingery, Children's Home Board Member; Dr. Sam Black, former manager of Quality and Human Resources at Caterpillar; Dr. Diane Zosky, Director of the Illinois State University Social Work
Undergraduate Program.
