CHILDREN'S HOME EMPLOYEE RECEIVES RECOGNITION FOR ANNUAL REPORT

Peoria, IL- Children's Home is proud to announce that Lindsey Birkel, Public Relations and Marketing Coordinator for the agency, recently received the 2003 Master Communicator Award for her work on the 2002 Children's Home Annual Report.

The Master Communicator Award winners were announced at a banquet held in Bloomington, IL on Thursday, November 20, 2003. The event was sponsored by the Bloomington-Normal, Springfield Chapter of the Association of Women in Communications. Birkel received an Award of Excellence in the annual report division for public relations.

Lindsey Birkel has been employed by Children's Home since January 2002 where she is responsible for the public relations, marketing, and employee communications for the agency.
