Neighbor Awards Seeking Outstanding Individuals 

The 2003 Neighbor Awards is currently seeking individuals in neighborhoods who have gone above and beyond what they needed to do to make the neighborhood a better and safer place to live. 

The Seventh Annual Neighbor Awards Banquet is designed to honor those who have made a positive impact on the community and its members. 

This year’s banquet, “Everyday Heroes: Who is Your Hero?” will be held at the Pere Marquette Hotel on Thursday, May 1, 2003 at 6:00 p.m  Tickets for the banquet may be purchased for $20 per person, or $160 for a table of eight.   

Neighbor Awards nomination forms were mailed to all neighborhood associations, but additional forms are available on the Children’s Home website at www.chail.org , or by contacting Judy Jenkins, Children’s Home, at (309)687-7253.  Entries must be received by Tuesday, April 15, 2003.
